A flashcard app that uses spaced repetition to show you each card right before you'd forget it — across your phone, laptop, and iPad.
Getting started
Unlocking
When you open the app it asks for your passphrase. Enter it once and you stay unlocked on that device — even after closing the app. The Lock button (top-right) signs you out if you want to lock it again.
Adding a card
Tap Add. Give it a Title (the prompt — the word, term, or question), an optional Subtitle and Tags, then add one or more Sections — each a short header plus its body — for the definition, examples, notes, anything. Use the ↑ ↓ on a section to reorder. Tap Save card; new cards are due to review immediately.
Reviewing
Tap Review. You'll see a card's title (and subtitle); try to recall the rest, then tap Show answer to reveal its sections. Now rate how it went — your rating decides when the card comes back:
You didn't recall it. Comes back almost immediately (and again later this session).
You got it, but it was a struggle. Comes back sooner than usual.
You recalled it fine. The normal interval.
Each button shows the actual interval it will schedule (like "Knew it · 4d"). The little number on the Review tab is how many cards are due right now. When it's empty, you're caught up.
Managing cards
The Cards tab lists everything, newest first, with its tags. Tap a card to view it in Study; tap ✎ to edit, ✕ to delete. Deletions sync to your other devices too.
Across your devices
Syncing
Your cards sync automatically between your phone, laptop, and iPad. Add a card on one, and it appears on the others. Sync happens quietly in the background after every change — you never have to press a sync button.
Working offline
The app works fully offline — on a plane, in a tunnel, anywhere. Everything you do is saved on the device instantly, and it catches up with your other devices the moment you're back online.
Installing it
You can install it to your home screen like a real app. On iPhone/iPad: open in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On a computer: use your browser's install icon in the address bar.
Good to know
- A card I just reviewed disappeared — where did it go?
- That's normal. Once you rate a card, it's scheduled for the future and leaves the current review queue. It'll return on its due date. (Rating "Again" is the exception — it reappears this session.)
- "All caught up" — is that everything?
- It means nothing is due right now. Cards you've reviewed are waiting for their next due date. Add more, or come back later.
- I edited a card on two devices — which wins?
- The most recent edit wins. For everyday single-person use this is exactly what you'd expect.
